Grief, Loss & Letting Go

A residential weekend for people sitting with a recent or long-standing loss. The work is slow, the room is held with care, and there is room for what cannot be said elsewhere.

The arc of a weekend

1. Friday evening — arrival, group container, the opening process.
2. Saturday — individual processes held in the centre of the group, supported by trained facilitators. Pair work, group rounds, and time outside.
3. Sunday morning — integration, closure, and the long return home.

Who comes

People who have done some inner work and want to take this one further. People who are new to Shadow Work but ready for group experience. People who have been circling a question for a while and would like room to look at it. Workshops are not appropriate for anyone in acute crisis, considering suicide, or actively in recovery from addiction — the Code of Ethics describes those limits in full.
