A way of exploring your inner landscape — and finding what has been hidden there.
Shadow Work® is a personal process for exploring the parts of yourself that have been disowned, hidden, or repressed — and integrating what you find. Developed in the late 1980s by Cliff Barry, it draws on Jungian psychology, archetypal work, and a four-directional map of the unconscious mind.
Practitioners hold the work in small groups and in one-to-one sessions. The Association exists to uphold professional standards — so the room is safe, the boundaries are clear, and the process is held with care.
